This 2004 report is the result of a collaborative effort between the Government of Timor-Leste and the United Nations Country Team. It outlines preliminary targets and indicators that are perceived to be most relevant to this country. Produced two years after independence, the publication of this report is Timor-Leste’s first attempt to take stock on the status of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) in the country.
