Methodology for the preparation of the Regional Strategic Plan for Oé-Cusse was launched during November 2017.
The development of the Regional Strategic Plan for Oé-Cusse (2018-2028) represents an effort of the Special Zones of Social Market Economy (ZEESM TL) and the Região Administrativa Especial de Oé-Cusse Ambeno (RAEOA) to promote a common vision of the region, while establishing priorities and outcomes for its future investment.
The regional plan will be developed with the broad participation of representatives of regional organizations and the local population. The plan will focus on, and address, the most pressing human development needs in the region while laying down priorities for future investments plans and projects in the region.
The five key sectors have been pre-identified for this planning process: Social Sector, Economic Sector, Infrastructure for Development, Urban Planning and Governance and Institutional Modernization. Within these five sectors UNDP expects to determine pillars and priorities aligned with our current and upcoming investments.
